The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including all software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property assets) are and will remain the exclusive property of SelfSecure Networks Inc. or its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these TOS shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
SelfSecure Networks Inc., including its suppliers and partners, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Changes to TOS
We reserve the right to amend these TOS at any time. Amendments will be effective a reasonable period after we provide notice of the changes through our website at https://spy-camera-and-microphone.selfsecure.net. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any modification to these TOS will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
